Considi's experience ranges from production planning to lean supply chain management, from production digitisation to the efficiency and control of production facilities, from integrated purchasing management to the design of after-sales services that are increasingly tailored to customers' needs.

The objective is to create the production logistics model that maximises tangible results, through an in-depth understanding of the organisation and creating the right improvement culture. The end-to-end view of the production logistics chain allows improvement projects to be activated on different levels:

• Strategic: Operating model, organisation transformation, supplier management strategy
• Tactical: Planning, supporting processes and digitisation, distribution network and logistics
• Operational: Workstation management, plant layout, calculation of efficiency indicators for production facilities, maintenance management.

The revision of the production logistics model typically has an impact on the purchasing and procurement model.
