Academy

Considi Academy is the concentrate of Considi's knowledge and the laboratory where new methodologies and technologies are tested. The idea of the Academy was born several years ago, first as an internal training laboratory, then as an environment to support companies in the growth of their people (Hitozukuri) through proposals of programmes with a concrete application.

One of the objectives of the Considi Academy is to disseminate and share new methodologies, trying to provide cutting-edge content but always maintaining a practical connotation of applicability. This is why, in addition to courses and training programmes, a series of event formats have been designed with the aim of refocusing attention on the experience of companies that have applied the methodologies, through the presentation of success stories, both at the Academy and directly in the company's genba.

The series of books on the Toyota Way or on methodological insights and publications concerning business success stories throughout Italy are the fruit of constant research into principles and fundamentals, whether they are linked to methodologies such as Lean Thinking or to the concept of Italian entrepreneurship that characterises our nation's success. Finally, the Considi guides are real operational handbooks that make it possible to apply some specific methods in solving everyday problems.
